Refund policy

Returns

SkinTatt has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Non-returnable items include gift cards. Proof of purchase is required for returns.

Certain conditions apply for partial refunds:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, SkinTatt will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified period.

Refund processing time: 15 days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If the issue persists, contact SkinTatt at info@skintatt.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

SkinTatt only exchanges items if they are defective or damaged. Contact info@skintatt.com for exchange requests.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit upon return receipt. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
